Thank you for your interest in being a Mentee for the LGBTQ+ Mentorship Program from the Center for Sexual and Gender Diversity. Mentees are students that would like guidance navigating areas of LGBTQ+ identity. They are paired with a Mentor student who will be able to provide advice and resources related to a person's specific needs.

After completing this questionnaire, you may be contacted to partake in an brief chat with someone from the Center for Sexual and Gender Diversity to understand more about your interest in the program.
