Spring 2024: Undergraduate Stock Pitch Conference

Each Spring, USC VIG hosts teams from top universities for the largest undergraduate stock pitch conference on the West Coast. This year’s conference represents one of the first international investment competitions at the undergraduate level.
USC VIG’s Undergraduate Stock Pitch Conference provides 15 teams from around the world the opportunity to build an investment thesis, present to investment professionals, and compete against the best undergraduates in investment analysis, all while building their professional network.

Competition Details
Pitch Length: 15-Minute Presentation + Judge Q&A
Rules: Long/Short, $100+ million Market Capitalization, 3-12 month investment horizon
First Round: 15 Teams, 2-4 members per team
Final Round: 4 Teams
Prize Pool: TBD

Application Due Date: February 18th, 2024 at 11:59 PM PST
Selected participants to be notified by March 1st, 2024

Fall 2023: Buy-Side Panel
Open to all Trojans, the Fall Buy-Side Panel provides students with an opportunity to learn from industry professionals and VIG alumni about careers at hedge funds, private equity, venture capital, and other facets of asset management. The event will consist of a host-led Q&A, a student Q&A, and an open session for students to speak with panelists individually.
