Throughout his lifetime, Muhammad Ali did live up to his 'Greatest' nickname. He's the epitome of 'talk the talk and walk the walk' principal. The heavyweight boxer bagged the gold medal from Rome Olympics and was crowned as the World Heavyweight Champion in the 1960s. His legacy both on and off the ring is unquestionable as the natural phenomenon was always a passionate to fight for justice.
Unfortunately, in the 1980s, Ali was diagnosed with Parkinson's syndrome, making his motoric skills slowly diminishing every year. He passed away in June 2016, after three decades of declining health, leaving four ex-wives and nine acknowledged children.
"Muhammad is not a businessperson. Muhammad did what he wanted to do. That is the nature of the man; that is how he got to be who he is," his fourth wife, Lonnie, said during an interview with USA Today in 2010. "Fortunately, as he got older, a little bit smarter and wiser, he has been more prudent and frugal."

9 Jamillah Ali
Shortly after his divorce from Sonji Roi, Ali married his second wife, actress Belinda Boyd, in 1967. Jamillah is one of the four kids that the pair had welcomed throughout their marriage. Now, the University of Illinois alumnus and the proud mother has always been actively donating for underprivileged families in Chicago through Ephraim Bahar Cultural Center.
8 Rasheda Ali
On the other hand, Jamillah's twin sister, Rasheda, has ventured into writing and public speaking. She has a son, Nico, who also grew up to be a boxer.
"I wanted him to be there for my son Nico’s fight. Daddy was actually in Arizona for my son Nico’s first fight, but he was ill so he couldn’t attend," she recalled during an interview with The Independent. "I really would have loved for Daddy to have seen Nico’s first victory. That was one of my dreams."
7 Maryum Ali
Maryum had a brief rap career. Back in her early 20s, she released a rap album called The Introduction through Scottie Bros Records and spoke a plethora of topics regarding social issues and moral values throughout the record. However, she later hung up the mic and focused on her study, attaining a B.A. in Social Work with Magna Cum Laude. She later became a spokesperson for The Parkinson Alliance to raise awareness about PD.
6 Muhammad Ali Jr.
Unfortunately, Muhammad Ali Jr's relationship with his father was somewhat negative. Two months before his passing, Ali Jr. admitted that he hadn't spoken to his father, who was battling Parkinson's, for over two years. In an interview from 2014, the proud father of two said that the champion woefully neglected him, leaving Ali Jr and his family living on the poverty line.
5 Miya Ali
The Greatest also had two children outside his marriage. One of them is a daughter named Miya from his illicit affair with Patricia Harvell. Growing up as a child, she never realized how much of a pop culture icon her father was until his infamous appearance at the Olympics in 2012. Now, the proud mother of one has joined her sister at Laila Ali Lifestyle as a brand ambassador.
4 Khaliah Ali
Khaliah, another daughter born to Wanda Bolton, has become an author, a renowned fashion designer, and a real estate agent. She lives in Philadelphia with her husband, Spencer Wertheimer, and their son Jacob.
"I never knew he was famous until I came home from school one day and I saw a photograph of him with the Beatles," she recalled in a 2016 interview with NBC News. "'Mom,' I called out, 'Daddy knows the Beatles!' She responded to me, 'Khaliah, they came to see him.' It was at that point that it really became crystal clear to me just how famous he was."

Muhammad Ali has two daughters from his relationship with his third wife, Veronica Porsche. One of them is Hana, who was born one year before. Perhaps the most well-known child of the late world champion is Laila, who then followed her father's footsteps and became one of the greatest female boxers of all time. She competed from 1999 until 2007 and had a record of zero loss. Now, the Santa Monica College graduate has appeared many times on television. She participated in the second season of The Masked Singer and portrayed herself on an episode of Scooby-Doo and Guess Who?

Lastly, we have Assad Amin Ali, whom the late boxer and his last wife Yolanda 'Lonnie' Williams adopted as a baby. Shortly after earning his bachelor's degree from the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Louisville, the proud father of one is a multimedia content producer for his university's athletics division.
