Heavy rains over the last two days have caused flooding across the Central New York region, closing roads and leaving homeowners with flooded basements and yards.
In Onondaga County, flooding has been reported in nearly every town. Marcellus and Camillus appear to be the hardest hit today. Tully was hard hit Wednesday.
