We want to hear about what we can do to improve your life at work!

The Blue Zone Team wants to gather your ideas regarding how we can help improve your life at work. Whether it is an issue with workflow, communication, staffing, IT, we want to hear your solutions!

All ideas, big or small, are welcome and will be considered. The winners will be chosen based on the feasibility (how easy idea will be to implement) and impact (staff it would affect and problems it would solve).
 
GRAND PRIZE: funding and administrative support to carry out their idea/program.

There are two ways to submit your program/idea to the judges:

1) If you are interested in presenting your idea to our panel of judges at our pitch event, please submit to the pitch. Ideas will need to be developed, with details about problem, goals, solution, resources, feasibility, and impact. 

** All entries will be entered into a raffle to win an Apple Watch (up to 3 entries per staff) **

2) If you would rather submit a general idea for the judges to vote on, please submit to General Feedback. You have the option to remain anonymous.
