This survey is an invitation and opportunity for you to provide feedback to our school and district. We want you to share your point of view and opinion regarding the educational experiences your students have had in our school and district. This survey is intended for parents/guardians/caregivers of students, staff members, students, and community members in the Westwood Unified School District as part of our annual Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP). No personal information will be asked of parents other than their student(s) ethnicity/race (optional) who attend WUSD.
