The condo just hit the market, and showing will start on Dec. 10, said Listing Agent Amy Arnone, a licensed real estate broker, who is working to sell the condo with Co-Listing Agent Marissa Polo, a licensed real estate salesperson, both with the Great Kills-based Jason Mitchell Real Estate New York LLC. STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. -- If you were hoping to get an up-close glimpse of Pete Davidson’s Staten Island waterfront pad that’s been listed for nearly $1.3 million, you’re out of luck unless you’re a qualified buyer.

Calls starting pouring into Realtors Amy Arnone and Marissa Polo from curiosity-seekers about Davidson’s 1,592-square-foot condo after an Advance/SILive.com report about the listing was published on Saturday.

But only those who are “qualified buyers” -- those pre-approved for a mortgage -- will be shown the “King of Staten Island’s” condo, said Polo, who with Arnone work for the Great Kills-based Jason Mitchell Real Estate New York LLC.

And there are already a handful of potential buyers scheduled to tour the condo -- located in the Accolade at 90 Bay Street Landing -- when showings begin on Saturday, she said.

The Island’s most celebrated comedian of SNL fame purchased the condo in 2021 for $1.2 million after moving out of the basement of the Great Kills home he purchased for his mother.

In addition to it being Davidson’s residence, the condo is also significant because it’s one of the borough’s most expensive condominiums -- priced at exactly $1,299,999 -- and offers panoramic harbor and skyline views.

“I would say it’s probably one of the expensive condos on Staten Island. I know that there’s a couple of units for sale in that building, but the views in his specific unit are more superior than any other unit,” said Polo.

Polo noted that there are also two other apartments for sale in the building, priced at $1.1 million and $1 million.

Davidson told NBCLX in February that he was moving to Brooklyn.

“I am very excited. I love Staten Island, but it takes too long to get over the bridge,” said Davison in February.

ABOUT PETE’S PLACE

According to the real estate listing, the condo has a sleek, modern open concept layout featuring “enormous windows which provide natural lighting from dawn ‘till dusk.” The condo includes two bedrooms, three bathrooms and a bright custom kitchen that opens to a spacious family room, “optimal”for entertaining.

“It’s really the most luxurious condo building on Staten Island with breathtaking views of Manhattan,” said Arnone. “It offers the amenities and lifestyle of New York City. Even the ‘King of Staten Island’ saw that in this property.”

The master bedroom suite has a private bathroom with “a custom shower and a highly coveted, glamorous walk-in closet. Not to mention, massive glass doors [that] lead to an exclusive terrace on the seventh floor, which provides immeasurable views of the city skyline,” according to the listing.

“The sensational condo situated along the coast of Staten Island with unparalleled metropolitan views of New York City was once home to renowned comedian and actor, Pete Davidson, best known for his work as a cast member on ‘Saturday Night Live’ and films including, ‘The King of Staten Island,’ ‘The Suicide Squad’ and more,” says the listing.

Perks of the building include that it’s a pet-friendly space with 24-hour security, a clubhouse, health club, tennis club, indoor playroom and outdoor playground, the listing says.

According to reports, “Bupkis” is the fictionalized autobiography of Davidson in an upcoming half-hour comedy series on Peacock. As summed up by CinemaBlend.com, Pete Davidson is no stranger to turning parts of his life into “Saturday Night Live” skits (like this May 2019 “Weekend Update” appearance and the April 2020 “Stuck in the House” music video) as well as movies, which was the case for the 2020 semi-autobiographical dramedy, “The King of Staten Island.”

According to the Hollywood Reporter, co-stars of the comedy include Charlie Day, Brad Garrett, Davidson’s former “Saturday Night Live” co-star Kenan Thompson, Simon Rex, Chase Sui Wonders and Ray Romano. Davidson will write and co-produce with Edie Falco who plays Pete’s Mom. Joe Pesci plays the role of Davidson’s grandfather.
