Financial Aid 

Regional West Medical Center School of Radiologic Technology does not administer financial aid for students enrolled in the program. Students co-registered with University of Nebraska-Kearney (UNK) or Chadron State College (CSC) may apply for financial aid (FAFSA). Contact the financial aid office at UNK or CSC for more information. Students seeking financial aid must complete the admission requirements for the appropriate institution, and the Free Application for Federal Student Aid, to qualify for consideration of financial aid. The application is available online here.

Refunds

Full tuition refunds will be made for the term if the student withdraws or discontinues the program within two weeks after the beginning of the term. No tuition refunds will be made if the student discontinues the program any time after two weeks from the beginning of the term.

Refunds are based on the official beginning of the term as stated by the program and the student’s last day of attendance. The program shall mail all refunds within 60 days following the student’s drop date.

No refunds will be made for purchased books and supplies.
