Eligibility
The Career MODE Program is built to train and mentor early-stage investigators, specifically postdocs or equivalent and early-career scientists. The eligibility criteria to be selected to join the annual cohort of Career MODE trainees include:
Postdocs or Equivalent Research position
- Must have a Doctoral degree and have completed at least 2-3 years of Postdoctoral training.
- NOTE: If your discipline, e.g. Biostatistics, has a variable or shortened research training period, please contact us to review.
- Must be currently employed as a Postdoc or early-career research roles with the responsibility of conducting research with some supervision.
- Must be within 1-2 years of applying for a professorial faculty position or equivalent.
- Be a US citizen or lawfully admitted as a permanent resident.
- Submit a completed application (see Apply section for details).
Early-Career Faculty or Equivalent Research Position
- Must be within the first 2 years of your first faculty appointment or equivalent role.
- Must be a US citizen or lawfully admitted as a permanent resident.
