On 19 November 2019, our Partner Mr Eric Woo attended the Greater Bay Area Bankruptcy Law Forum in Guangzhou as one of the speakers. The forum was jointly organised by the Guangdong Association of Bankruptcy Administrators, the Yao Meizhen Law Foundation of Wuhan University, and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Eric spoke on “Recognition of Overseas Liquidators by Hong Kong Courts and Administrative Powers of Overseas Liquidators”.
