N.J.’s legal weed grand opening goes off without a hitch, state regulators say

New Jersey’s historic opening of legal recreational weed sales started with long lines Thursday morning and plenty of concerns.

But the first day of cannabis sales to non-medical customers was robust and trouble free, according to a statement from the New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission, which regulates the sales, licensing and cultivation of marijuana in the state.
