Murphy takes next step for N.J. legal weed sales by making final picks to cannabis commission

Gov. Phil Murphy has announced his last picks to serve on the Cannabis Regulatory Commission, completing the panel that will undertake the job of regulating the legal marijuana industry and licensing new dispensaries and growers.

Murphy on Thursday announced the appointments of Maria Del Cid, the director of the Office of Policy and Legislative Services at the state Department of Health, and William Wallace of the United Food and Commercial Workers.
