NERC, the E-ISAC, and the Midwest Reliability Organization (MRO) are co-hosting the 13th GridSecCon annual grid security conference October 22 - 25 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In advance of the conference, abstracts from grid security professionals on physical and cyber security best practices and the challenges faced by the electric industry are invited. Submissions are welcome from asset owners and operators in physical and cyber security roles, academic researchers, and industry and government experts. Submit an abstract for consideration as a training or breakout session by April 19. Successful submissions will be notified by May 10.
Submissions should address one of the six conference tracks:
- Cyber Security: Core Principles
- Cyber Security: Advanced Level Discussion
- Physical Security: Core Principles
- Physical Security: Advanced Level Discussion
- Special Topics (AI, Supply Chain, workforce challenges, etc.)
- Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity
Training sessions (October 22) will be in four or eight-hour increments; breakout sessions (October 23 - 24) will be in one-hour increments. Submissions are being accepted March 26 - April 19.
