STUDENTS APPLY: NYC Public School Film Festival
The 6th Annual NYC DOE/MOME Public School Film Festival (NYCPSFF) is open to all NYC Department of Education (DOE) middle and high school students. A panel of educators and media professionals will select approximately 25 films. Each film selected will receive a certificate of official selection.

APPLY: Chamber Music Society: Young Ensembles Program
The Young Ensembles Program is one of several training programs offered by the Education and Community Engagement Department of the Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center. Middle/junior high school and homeschool consortium music teachers may submit their school chamber ensembles (one person on a part) to be considered for participation.
Ensembles will be selected to receive professional coaching by Chamber Music Society artists. The ensembles will then be presented in a culminating performance in the Daniel and Joanna S. Rose Studio at CMS at Lincoln Center.

APPLY: Middle School Arts Audition Boot Camp 2024
This is a free, two-week arts intensive program for New York City Public Schools students entering grade 8 in September 2024. The NYC Public School Arts Office administers this program in collaboration with a group of leading cultural organizations: Lincoln Center, Weill Institute of Music at Carnegie Hall, Harlem School of the Arts, New York Philharmonic, Studio in a School, and The Juilliard School.
The mission of the program is to provide more equitable access in preparation to screened NYCPS arts high schools and arts programs for up to 350 currently underserved middle school students interested in auditioning for a screened high school arts program.
DATES: August 5 – August 16, 2024
LOCATION: Lincoln Center - Performing Arts Studios
LaGuardia High School - Visual Arts
Priority is given to students currently attending a Title I NYC public school or students who are eligible but attending a non-Title I NYC public schools.
DEADLINE: April 19, 2024

Auditions: All eligible students who submit a completed application by the deadline will be invited to audition. All students must perform an in-person audition to enter the program. Details of the audition location, date and time will be emailed to students and families following a completed application submission.
