Thursday’s Wordle was a harder guess than Wordle’s past, but a hint or two can help.
The object of the online word game is to guess a secret five-letter word in six tries or less. If any of the letters in a guess appear highlighted in green, it means that letter is in the right place in the correct answer. A letter highlighted in yellow means that letter is in the correct answer, but it’s in the wrong space. Letters highlighted in gray aren’t in the puzzle answer.
Here’s a hint to Thursday’s Wordle:
Today’s word is used when someone gathers information gradually, piece by piece.
