Work Zone Billboard Contest: 2023 winners

The winning designs were selected by a panel comprised of MassDOT senior management based on creativity, impact, and relevance to the NWZAW theme, "You play a role in work zone safety. Work with us."

Highway Administrator Jonathan Gulliver, Deputy Administrator & Chief Engineer Carrie Lavallee, and Assistant Administrator for Traffic & Safety Neil Boudreau presented the awards to our winners, Jailene Guzman, Julia Behring, Ella Quinn, and Kelly Zeng (not pictured).
