As the Sustainable Procurement Lead for Asia Pacific, Japan, and China (APJC) at Amazon Web Services (AWS), I leverage my 20+ years of procurement experience to create and implement procurement programs that drive positive environmental, social, and economic impact for AWS and its customers, suppliers, communities, and the environment. I have a Prosci Change Management Certification and an Accessibility in Action Certification that enable me to lead sourcing projects, contract management, and supplier relationship management with a focus on accessibility, inclusion, and sustainability.
I am passionate about using procurement as a lever to create value and make a difference in the world. In my previous role as the Procurement Lead for Australia and New Zealand at Microsoft, I co-chaired the Australian Indigenous Inclusion Committee and served as a Sustainability Committee Member, where I developed and implemented a Microsoft's first reconciliation action plan (RAP). My mission is to build an inclusive and diverse procurement team and culture at AWS and beyond.
