Congratulations to Bill Dowling, MA, CWDP the 2024 recipient of NAWDP's H.G. Weisman award. The H.G. Weisman Award is granted, at the discretion of the NAWDP Board Chair, for exceptional services to NAWDP and the field of workforce development. Dowling has over 25 years of experience in workforce, serving in areas across the United States, including Missouri, California, Colorado, and Washington. He is also a dedicated board member for NAWDP, and serves on committees devoted to furthering NAWDP's mission.
