When I joined Encora in 2019, I had high expectations from the role after my prior experience at Infosys and Accenture. However, Encora has far exceeded my expectations by providing me countless opportunities for technical leadership, mentorship, and professional development. Over the past five years, I've been able to evolve tremendously - not just as a technical leader and subject matter expert, but as a manager and mentor for our world-class global engineering teams. With Encora's exceptional culture of innovation, work-life balance, transparency, and empowerment, I've had a true partner in accelerating my professional development every step of the way. What has made this experience most rewarding are the amazing people I've had the privilege of collaborating with. I am deeply grateful to Sonali Kochar who has provided invaluable mentorship over the years.
