QUICK BIO: Fr Joe Laramie SJ is a Catholic, Jesuit priest. He is from St Louis. He was ordained in 2011. He lives in Milwaukee.

He is the author of two books. Abide in the Heart of Christ: a 10-Day Personal Retreat with St Ignatius Loyola [2019], AND Love Him Ever More: a 9-Day Personal Retreat with the Sacred Heart [2022].

He is the national director of the Pope’s Worldwide Prayer Network [Apostleship of Prayer]. This 175-year-old Jesuit ministry promotes a life of prayer for all people. Each day, we can offer our hearts to the Sacred Heart of Jesus for the salvation of all hearts.

Fr. Joe is also a National Eucharistic Preacher for the USCCB Eucharistic Revival.

LONGER BIO: He served as a campus minister at Saint Louis University. He taught at Jesuit high schools in Kansas City and Colorado. He served at Mayan villages in Belize, Central America. He also served at White House Jesuit Retreat in St Louis. He has guided people through the Spiritual Exercises in many contexts: for women, college students, priests, and FOCUS missionaries.

He has written for America Magazine. He has been featured on EWTN Live, the Hallow app, Busted Halo, and the Jesuitical podcast.

He earned MDiv and STL theology degrees at Boston College and an MA in communication at SLU.

He is a proud uncle and godfather.
