I'd be grateful for as full a translation as possible here. I am particularly interested in the lines in green ink that seem to refer to her sister in Olean, NY and in the lighter green ink at the bottom of the card.

1/20/2021 4:33 PM First, it is in Dutch. The record was made in den Haag, as is clearly indicated there.

Second, you can read most of the brief notes in the record.

Green text in the middle: 2 May 1943: Red Cross letter from Esther H., St Francis Hospital, Olean, NY

Greener text at the bottom: Repatriated to Romania according to [somebody] 24 August 1943
