Son of Dawid and Bina nee GOLDMAN. I am looking for the date of birth and the father's occupation. Thank you.

Believe or not...
on Aug 16/28 1898 the father (his occupation not mentioned) has shown us the DEAD (lines 8-9) boy, who was born on November 18/30 1896 at 8am from the unmarried Bina GOLDMAN
no more word of the death...

May be this is the birth record and the death record is in different book? And the official cannot write that he saw alive child...
