School-based health centers provide health care to students with parental permission, as well as faculty and community members, regardless of insurance coverage or ability to pay. HealthSource of Ohio has five School-Based Health Centers – Goshen, Felicity, West Clermont, Williamsburg, Western Brown, and coming soon, Blanchester. All our School-Based Health Centers are open to the entire community, with the exception of Western Brown.

School-Based Health Centers keep students in school and ready to learn, treat acute and chronic health problems immediately and return students to class as soon as possible. With a School-Based Health Center, parents miss less work. The center can see students and staff members conveniently and easily during the school day.
A School-Based health Center can serve different purposes for different students. Medical services include immunizations, sports/work/annual physicals, asthma or other chronic to disease management as well as acute care for sick or injured students. The School-Based Health Center also provides work physicals to all staff.
This health center is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b, and a deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n). This health center receives HHS funding and has Federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.
