We prioritize your learning environment, and to ensure a close-knit and supportive community, we intentionally limit each class to 20 students.

In 2021, we expanded our campus to the Bel-Air Plaza, not only to offer a socially responsible learning environment but also to enhance your experience. As part of this expansion, the freshmen segment of our cosmetology program is housed in a beautifully redesigned learning space, where you'll spend your first 8 weeks mastering the essentials of cutting, coloring, styling, and balayage techniques.

That's why we dedicate over 80% of your senior training to hands-on practice with our valued client guests in our inviting clinic floor. While students have the opportunity to provide services to our loyal 'regulars,' clients who have been with Capitol for decades, we strongly encourage students to cultivate their own clientele during their time at school. We place a strong emphasis on nurturing your business-building skills while you are with us, ensuring a rewarding and client-focused educational experience.

Cosmetology Tuition & Fees

Upfront Enrollment Deposit $1,000

(Includes $150 registration fee and $850 kit fee)

Remaining Kit Fee $1150

Tuition $19,700

Total Tuition and Fees $21,850.00

Of the above fees, we require your Registration and partial Kit Fees to be paid out of pocket

& up front to secure a seat in your preferred cosmetology class. Our Financial Aid Department

will utilize the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to determine your eligibility

for grants and loans to cover the rest. (Interest free terms with qualified credit)
