One-Stop Employment Resource Center Services


Job seekers and employers in Fairfax County have access to a comprehensive system of employment and training services and resources delivered and coordinated through one-stop employment resource centers committed to assisting job seekers to reach their employment goals! 

Services are available in multiple languages.

Fairfax County Workforce Centers are open for in-person and virtual services. Please schedule an appointment to meet with a career specialist in-person or virtually.

The Virginia Career Works – Alexandria and Annandale Centers provide employment services. Make an appointment for in-person or virtual services. (These centers are part of the Virginia Career Works (VCW) – Northern Region.)

The Reston and Fairfax Employment Resource Centers provide employment services by appointment only. Make an appointment for in-person or virtual services.

We provide a variety of employment and training services, one of which is webinars. Registering to participate in a live webinar gives you the chance to interact with the facilitator, like asking questions. However, we understand that there may be times you may not be able to participate in a live webinar. Check out these pre-recorded webinar videos.

    Note: This is a good time to make sure your mobile device, tablet or computer is able to access Zoom, the webinar platform that will be used.
  3. Join the webinar. On the webinar's scheduled date and time, go to the email confirmation you received and follow the instructions.
