Meet Our Speaker:

Troy provides wealth transfer consulting and planning services to individuals and families, focusing on helping FORVIS clients build and preserve their family’s legacy through an integrated suite of services designed to address multigenerational objectives, philanthropic endeavors, and business succession planning. He has more than 25 years of experience providing forward‐looking advice to help FORVIS clients grow, preserve, and transfer assets in a tax efficient manner while fulfilling their personal family and financial goals. He also chairs the FORVIS Private Client subcommittee that focuses on Family Office services.

He is a member of Indiana CPA Society, Indiana State Bar Association, and Indianapolis Bar Association. He is also a Board Certified Indiana Trust &Estate Lawyer as certified by the Trust & Estate Specialty Board, of which he is currently a member. He also holds a designation as a Certified Private Wealth Advisor®(CPWA®) through the Investments &Wealth Institute. Community contributions include serving as a board member of the Indiana Repertory Theatre, for which he serves on the development, inclusion, diversity, equality, and acceptance committees. He is also past president of the board of the Damien Center, and currently serves as a board member and its development committee chair. Other community contributions include past board memberships at The Kinsey Institute and the alumni board of Maurer School of Law at Indiana University.

Troy is a magna cum laude graduate of Ball State University, Muncie, Indiana, with a B.S. degree in accounting. He is also a magna cum laude graduate of Maurer School of Law at Indiana University, Bloomington, with a J.D. degree, where he served as Executive Notes & Comments Editor of Indiana Law Journal.
