Equity Matters
Equity Matters is a Seattle, Washington-based women of color consulting team. We specialize in supporting organizations in the pursuit of racially just transformation. We engage individuals in making organizational changes that last beyond the current people.
We use collaborative planning, assessments, workshops, and practice and design labs to support systemic racial equity change. We have close to two decades of experience supporting government entities, educational institutions, philanthropic and non-profit organizations.
We value relationships, systems change, transformation, slowing down, squad care, and focusing on power.

Creating or Updating an Org Policy?
We can work with you to semi-customize an Organizational Policy Racial Equity Review Tool. Then, we guide a small team (representative of policyholders and most disproportionately impacted staff) to review a specific policy and recommend immediate racial equity revisions.
