Greek salad lovers—meet your ultimate party dip. Loaded with cucumbers, tomatoes, and feta, this dip was inspired by our favorite Mediterranean salad. Whipped feta has become the base for many of our most popular dips (who can forget our cranberry whipped feta), but when we're craving fresh summer flavors, we turn to this Greek-inspired recipe. Serve it at your summer BBQs for a creamy dip that everyone will be reaching for. Full disclaimer: This recipe makes a lot of dip and can easily be halved, but we've never had a problem demolishing it.
For a smoother, fluffy consistency, we added yogurt and cream cheese to our feta base. We highly suggest using your hand mixer or a food processor—the best whipped feta needs a machine’s touch. That being said, if you're feeling lazy, then you can just use a spoon.
