Welcome to the College Now Office!
Program Information
College Now is a collaborative program between the City University of New York (CUNY) and the New York City Department of Education (NYC DOE) designed to improve the academic achievement of high school students and prepare them for college. Our mission is to introduce Staten Island public high school students, of varying skill levels, to the rigors and rewards of higher education by connecting them to high-quality scholarship and instruction.

Application Information
- Applications are reviewed in the order they are received
- Applications are accepted until all classes are full (up until the first day of classes)
- Acceptance status will be sent to the email address that is provided
Course Information
- Classes BEGIN July 1, 2024 and END on July 25, 2024 (no class on July 4, 2024)
- Classes will be held Mondays through Thursdays – no Friday classes
- Our program is 15 days – Attendance is mandatory in all sessions
- All classes will be held on our Willowbrook campus located at 2800 Victory Boulevard, Staten Island, NY, 10314

Student Status
New Students: You are considered a new College Now student if you have not taken any College Now courses at any location INCLUDING your own NYC DOE high school
Returning Students: You are considered a returning student if you have taken at least one College Now course at any location, INCLUDING your own NYC DOE high school
Instructions for Applying
New Students:
1. Complete the CUNY College Now application by clicking on this link
2. Complete the CSI College Now application by clicking on this link
3. Send your unofficial high school transcript, SAT Score Report or ACT Student Report to ‘collegenow@csi.cuny.edu’ with a subject line ‘Summer 2024 – your full name’. If we do not receive your transcript/SAT Score Report/ACT Student Report, you will not be eligible.
Returning Students:
1. Complete the CSI College Now application by clicking on this link
2. Send your unofficial high school transcript, SAT Score Report or ACT Student Report to ‘collegenow@csi.cuny.edu’ with a subject line ‘Summer 2024 – your full name’. If we do not receive your transcript/SAT Score Report/ACT Student Report, you will not be eligible.
