Property investment management company Charter Hall Ventures has acquired The Greens at Schumaker Pond, a 168-unit garden-style multifamily property located in Salisbury, MD, for $24.5.million.

Drew White and Carter Wood of Berkadia represented the seller, The Benchmark Group. Patrick McGlohn, Miles Drinkwalter and Natalie Revers, also of Berkadia, secured $14.6 million in permanent acquisition financing on behalf of Charter Hall Ventures. The 12-year loan was financed through Fannie Mae.

The Greens at Schumaker Pond is located at 701 College Lane and features one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans. Community amenities include a swimming pool, a fitness center and a picnic area. The property is proximate to Salisbury University and the shops and restaurants near Snow Hill Road.
