Urgent Care vs Emergency Room

Our Urgent Care Team does their best to see you quickly, whether you walk-in or you save your spot in line. When you save your spot you are adding your name to a list of patients who have already chosen to be treated at Urgent Care Goshen Physicians. Saving your spot in line does not guarantee you will be seen at a specific time. Our Urgent Care Team triages all patients to determine who needs to be seen first based on severity of symptoms.

Please bring your insurance card, photo identification, and any copayment(s) due at the time of service.

Please note: Minor patients must be accompanied by a biological parent/legal guardian with a valid photo identification. Legal guardians must present legal documentation upon arrival.

Our Urgent Care Team strives to provide quality and timely care to our patients. Patients who are not present when our Urgent Care Team calls you back to the exam room may lose their spot in line. You may be given the option to save a new spot in line. Note: Patients who arrive after 7:30pm may be asked to wait until the next business day.

We are not a free COVID testing site.

We do NOT see patients under 3 months of age.
