COLUMBUS, Ohio - Gov. Mike DeWine signed a bill Wednesday that will require clinics to bury or cremate fetal remains after surgical abortions.

Senate Bill 27 carries with it a penalty of a first-degree misdemeanor for clinic workers who don’t comply.
