Bonnie Jenkins
Bonnie Jenkins is a former Department of State special envoy and coordinator for threat reduction programs in the Bureau of International Security and Nonproliferation and served as the State Department’s lead for the 2010-2016 Nuclear Security Summits.

Bonnie Jenkins is the founder and president of Women of Color Advancing Peace, Security and Conflict Transformation, a nonresident senior fellow at the Brookings Institution, and president of Global Connections for Change. She previously served as coordinator for threat reduction programs at the Bureau of International Security and Nonproliferation at the U.S. Department of State, and represented the United States at four Nuclear Security Summits between 2010 and 2016.
