Gather your materials and follow the instructions below to tell us about a community project you recently completed in 2023. If you haven't yet completed a community project, that's no problem at all, the deadline for completed submissions is October 29, 2023 @ 5:30pm EST.

Step 1: Get to work now and plan your community service project. Already completed a project this year? Great - move on to step 3!
Step 2: Do it! Get everyone in your organization involved to help make your world a better place. You'll have from Monday, August 14, 2023 at 6:00 am until Friday, October 29, 2023 at 5:30 pm to complete and submit this project!
Step 3: Tell Star 94 about your service project by following the instructions and submitting your recap materials in the form below. Pay very close attention to Item #4 listed below regarding ATTACHMENT A.

If you're ready to submit a recap of your project, here's what we're looking for!
1) An essay describing your project illustrating the theme of "kids serving in their community" and including your project timeline and approximately how many attendees participated. (Essay no more than 500 words)
2) We LOVE pictures! If you have any you would like to submit, you can do so in the entry form below!
3) Videos are great too! If you happen to capture any footage, or make a video of your project you can upload the video or paste a YouTube link in the entry form below!
4) Download our Contest Rules HERE. Then, complete and sign ATTACHMENT A.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are submitting pictures or video for your submission, you must also submit a photo release for each person shown in said pictures or video. Our standard release form is located within the contest rules link found HERE!
