Do you have exceptional communications skills and a knack for building strong working relationships, while managing multiple situations? Are you passionate about programs that improve systems of support for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities? The Association of University Centers on Disabilities is seeking a highly qualified, full-time, Program Specialist to support our national network of University Centers for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities Education, Research & Service (UCEDDs) by providing coordinated, comprehensive, and specialized training and technical assistance (TA) addressing a wide array of issues across higher education, disability, and organizational contexts.

The national network of UCEDDs aims to positively affect the lives of all people with disabilities by building and strengthening systems that support full community participation. They do this by training students, community members, and practicing professionals; providing specialized services; conducting research and evaluation; analyzing and informing policies; and sharing evidence-based information.

As a Program Specialist with AUCD, you'll provide technical assistance to projects, initiatives, and meetings that address the objectives of AUCD's federal contract with the Administration on Community Living. You'll work closely with our partner programs to plan and implement national meetings, develop accessible reports and other resources, create content for newsletters and websites, and address emerging needs.
