Private Lessons

Private lessons are a great way to accelerate improvements in your tennis and to develop into a well-balanced and confident tennis player. A private lesson allows you to receive quality and in-depth personalized instruction for the areas of your game that need the most attention. Whether you want to progress your game to a higher level, or just need help with that erratic serve, a private lesson will get you on the right track. Private lessons can also be made as small groups, allowing cost reductions which still getting some benefits of a private lesson.

Price:

Private Lesson - $60 per hour

Shared Private Lesson (2 players) - $60 per hour

Shared Private Group Lesson (3-6 players) - $60 per hour + $5 per player (3rd and subsequent players)

Benefits of Private Lessons

  • Personalized lesson plans
Each lesson is designed to suit your individual style, strengths and weaknesses, and what you want to get out of your lesson. The coaches will break down your strokes and build on your technique

  • One-on-one discussions
In a private lesson your coach is able to focus on your personal needs and can explain concepts in a much more thorough manner. The player can ask questions, and the coach will have time to discuss what is happening with stroke technique, footwork patterns, etc.

  • Maximum movement & hitting
In a private lesson there is no waiting in line for your turn, and so arises the opportunity to hit a lot of balls. Players footwork and endurance can be improved due to the shear number of balls hit. Private lessons are more intense, require more focus, and have the potential to emulate match play with your coach.

  • No distractions
In group lessons there can be many distractions from the other group members which can take the focus away from the lesson. Each player can focus entirely on their lesson, as well as the coach focusing on the individual player

  • Convenience
Private lessons are more flexible as there is no need to coordinate with a large group of players, or be fixed by available group lesson times. Private lessons only depend on the player/s and the coaches schedule. If you are involved in other activities or if your schedule varies each week, having flexibility with lesson meeting time is essential, and private lessons are a great way to achieve this.

Some aspects that can be developed during private lessons are:

  • Identification and improvement of strengths and weaknesses

  • Stroke evaluation, analysis and development

  • Match-play development (tactics and strategies)

  • Competitive conditioning (physical development and mental toughness)

  • Advanced hitting practice.
