(Update: Watch President Joe Biden’s comments above. They start at the 46:35 mark of the stream.)

President Joe Biden will speak Tuesday night on the school shooting in Uvalde, Texas, that left 18 children and three adults dead. Coverage of his remarks will be live streamed on fuboTV, which offers a free trial.

White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre tweeted Biden “will continue to be briefed regularly as information becomes available.”

Biden was aboard Air Force One returning from a trip to Asia when the shooting happened.

“His prayers are with the families impacted by this awful event, and he will speak this evening when he arrives back at the White House,” Jean-Pierre said.

The White House said Biden will speak at 7:15 p.m. (8:15 p.m. ET).

An 18-year-old gunman opened fire Tuesday at a Texas elementary school, killing 14 children, one teacher and injuring others, Gov. Greg Abbott said, and the gunman was dead.

It was the deadliest shooting at a U.S. grade school since the shocking attack at Sandy Hook Elementary in Newtown, Connecticut, almost a decade ago.

The gunman entered Robb Elementary School in Uvalde with a handgun and possibly a rifle, Abbott said. Officials have not revealed a motive for the shooting, but Abbott identified him as Salvador Ramos and said he was a resident of the community that’s about 85 miles (135 kilometers) west of San Antonio.

Abbott said the shooter was likely killed by responding officers but that the events were still being investigated. Uvalde Consolidated Independent School District Chief of Police Pete Arredondo said at a news conference that the gunman acted alone.
