This is an opinion sports cartoon.
The Process never gets old.
Only Nick Saban can have a young, “rebuilding” and injured Alabama football team competing in the College Football Playoff title game for a chance at a second consecutive national championship. As Kirby Smart said, this may have been Saban’s best coaching job.

Congratulations to Kirby Smart and the Georgia Bulldogs. This was their year. They came out hangry and deserved to win this weird, tense title game. Nothing but love for the Dawgs. Dammit.
Bryce Young, the Ice Man Heisman Trophy winning quarterback is a sophomore. So is Will Anderson, Jr., the most ridiculously talented, mean-streaked lovable defensive player in the country. They’ll both be back next season. With an unfinished-business attitude.
I can’t wait. The Process never disappoints. Even when the Process doesn’t deliver victories, it delivers lessons. And inspiring stories.
Thanks for another great ride, Crimson Tide.
