CLEAR BAG POLICY

Guests may carry only the following style and size bag, package, or container into the arena or when approaching queue lines:

Clear Bags

Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12″ x 6″ x 12″. One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags (Ziploc bag or similar). Clear backpacks within the dimensions and have no more than 2 pockets.

Clutches

Small clutch bags, that do not exceed 4″.5 x 6.5″, with or without a handle or strap, may be carried into the arena along with one of the clear bag options.

Exceptions will be made for medically necessary items or single compartment diaper bags (with a child present).

CONTACTLESS ENTRY

Guests will now use walkthrough metal detectors to get through security. This is to make entry to the venue quicker while maximizing security and minimizing touch points for staff and guests.

Aerosol Cans
Animals/Pets (except service animals. See section "ADA and Accessibility" for more details)
Audio/Video Recording Equipment (See section "Camera and Audio/Visual Recorders" for more information)
Balloons, Beach Balls or Related Items
Battery operated clothing or blankets
Cans, Bottles, Glass or Other Beverage Containers (empty plastic water bottles are allowed)
Chains, Studded Bracelets, etc.
Coolers or Ice Chests
Illegal Drugs and/or paraphernalia (includes marijuana)
Large Bags (max. size 12" x 12" x 6"), backpacks, duffel bags, suitcases
Laptops & Tablets and Portable Video Game Consoles (Switch, Vita etc.)
Laser Pens and Pointers
Noisemaking Devices (i.e. whistles, air horns, cymbals, bugles, drums and horns)
Outside Food, Beverage, Bottled Water, etc.
Professional Camera / Photography Equipment* (see below)
Poles/Sticks to Display Flags, Banners, etc.
Skateboards, Rollerblades, Bikes, etc.
Unapproved pamphlets, fliers, handbills, etc.
Weapons of any kind (i.e. pepper spray, tear gas, handcuffs, stun guns, etc.)
Any Other Item deemed inappropriate or dangerous by the venue in its sole discretion

* Cameras with professional/interchangeable lenses greater than 3 inches in length will not be permitted, nor will monopods, tripods or flash. Audio and video recording are always strictly prohibited unless approved by the artist or event.

CASHLESS

accesso ShoWare Center has transitioned to a cashless transaction arena ensuring contactless options at the box office and for food and beverage. Credit card transactions only. Cash will no longer be accepted.

CONTACTLESS RESTROOMS

Motion censored sinks, soap dispensers, and toilets have been installed in all restrooms for your safety and convenience.

HAND SANITIZER STATIONS

Touch-free hand sanitizer stations are available for all fans throughout the arena.

SMOKE-FREE FACILITY

accesso ShoWare Center will be discontinuing the use of the exterior smoking section and guests will no longer be permitted to leave the building and re-enter to smoke.

NO RE-ENTRY

accesso ShoWare Center has a "no re-entry" policy during all events.
