Officers also discovered Anthony Lamar White on the sidewalk running along an apartment to the rear of the barbershop. Police say he attempted to flee but was ultimately shot in the torso twice.

White was transported to Holy Spirit Hospital in critical condition.

Michael Baltimore

White later stated a black male, identified as Michael Baltimore, entered the barbershop and fired shots at Cook. White allegedly attempted to flee out the back door when he was shot.

White also stated he knew Baltimore since childhood and worked with him at the GQ Barbershop, where the incident took place.

Police say Baltimore had a criminal conviction for aggravated assault, which would disqualify him from possessing a firearm.

Carlisle Police Department has an arrest warrant out for Baltimore’s arrest. They state to not approach Baltimore if seen and contact police. He is considered armed and dangerous.

Police ask anyone with information and/or video to call the Carlisle Police Department at (717) 243-5252 or submit a tip through CrimeWatch.
