What: Welcome to "Parenting - (It takes a) Village," the book club where the pages of parenting wisdom are as diverse as our children's personalities. Hosted by Melissa Turley and Erin Bruce, our village gathers four times a year, with the flexibility to schedule around our collective needs.
Our village operates on the belief that while books are the gateway to knowledge, the discussions they inspire are just as valuable. Members are encouraged but not required to read the selected titles from the parenting genre. We understand that parenting doesn’t always leave time for reading, so come for the insights or come for the camaraderie—either way, you are an essential part of the conversation.
Each year, we aim to explore 3-4 books, using them as a springboard for discussion, sharing experiences, and supporting one another through the triumphs and trials of parenting. And the dialogue doesn't stop there; our discussion board is your 24/7 access to the village, a place to continue conversations, seek advice, and celebrate the journey of parenthood with peers who understand.
