Volunteers looking for weekly opportunities of community service regarding food insecurity are always appreciated by assisting at our Friday food distributions.
Youth Volunteers aged 13 - 15 must be accompanied by a chaperone of at least 18 years of age.
We serve as a food distribution hub for the community and city-at-large. We need volunteers to assist with the following:
Volunteers loading the food truck at the Worcester County food bank at 9:30AM.
Volunteers will help unload food truck at the church 55 Illinois Street at 10:30AM.
Volunteers will be organizing the food received for distribution from 2-5PM.
Preparing boxes of food for agencies to come and pick up from 2-5PM.
General clean up as needed from 2-5PM.
