Katie is an Orange County audit and advisory partner, and leads the accounting and reporting advisory practice in Orange County. Katie has more than 15 years serving public and private businesses in the consumer, life sciences and healthcare industries. She has extensive experience with internal controls under Sarbanes Oxley, as well as debt, equity, spin-off and initial public offerings, as well as acquisitions and discontinued operations. Katie frequently speaks to a broad range of audiences on technical topics such as the New Revenue Standard, the New Leasing standard, and other technical accounting areas.
