The purpose of this survey is for the Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, and Geologists (BPELSG) to gather a sense for the true cost to the practicing land surveyor (and the client) for submitting/filing a Record of Survey pursuant to the applicable sections of the Professional Land Surveyors' Act.  This is a short survey and please provide a separate response for each county in which you typically perform surveys for which a Record of Survey can be (8762(a) or is required to be (8762(b) filed.
