Please use this form to nominate prospective members of the WVFLTA Executive Committee. You may nominate for as many or few positions as you choose. You can submit this form multiple times. You may self nominate or nominate others. If nominating others, please ask them if they accept your nomination. You may nominate a person who already holds this position. Current committee members can be re-elected to their positions.
