Career and Technical Education Affinity Group - September 2022

The Career and Technical Education (CTE) Affinity Group brings together those who are currently involved in inclusive postsecondary programs at CTE institutions or those who would like to become more involved in expanding CTE opportunities for students with intellectual disability. This is an open-access group for individuals who want to contribute to the expansion of CTE access for students with intellectual disability. Meetings will include facilitated discussion on opportunities and barriers to CTE for students with ID as well as guest speakers/experts from the field.

The September meeting is the group launch. The meeting will include an overview of the group, identification of workgroup goals, and gathering of needs/ideas for future topics.
