Finance and Administration Officer, USAID/Lebanon Monitoring and Evaluation Program for Lebanon (MEPL) under the USAID Evaluation, Monitoring and Learning Services (EVAL – ME II) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Beirut, Lebanon

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in international development, accounting, or relevant field.

· Five years of work experience in accounting and/or finance.

· Demonstrated knowledge of U.S. government contract management and financial systems.

· Demonstrated experience overseeing logistics in development contexts.

· Previous experience working on USAID funded projects is preferred.

· Proficiency and experience using MS Excel and QuickBooks is required.

· Ability to work collaboratively with multiple partners and vendors.

· Fluency in written and spoken Arabic required and at minimum professional proficiency in English required.
