| Admissions and Records
Admissions and Records (A&R) is available via a Virtual Front Counter. The office maintains all academic records, evaluates transfer units, and carries out online registration processes. Contact the office for help with things like: name and address changes; admissions, certificate, and degree applications; petitions; residency requirements; and transcript requests.

Express Counseling
Express Counseling is available through the Virtual Front Desk where you can meet with counselors face-to-face through video conferencing. This online platform provides access to all services available in an in-person counseling session.
Counselors in major areas are available for scheduled appointments starting the third week of the semester.

EOPS, CARE, CalWORKS, Guardian Scholars, and Grads To Be
EOPS assists students with economic, linguistic, and educational challenges (as defined by Title V). CARE assists single parents on public assistance; CalWORKS provides help to students on TANF; Guardian Scholars supports current and former foster youth; and Grads To Be provides help and resources to undocumented students.

Financial Aid
The Financial Aid Office assists students with the financial aid application process and facilitates disbursements. Learn more about the various federal, state, and campus aid programs by consulting the financial aid question database or emailing the Financial Aid Office for assistance.

Food Pantry
The Cypress College Food Pantry, located in the Student Life and Leadership Center, is offering food distribution services on campus throughout the semester. This service will be available once a week every Wednesday, excluding holidays, at 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. and 2–4 p.m. Weekly reservations are required and may be made Thursday-Monday before that week's Wednesday distribution.

Health Center
The Health Center provides a number of services including telemental health counseling and telemedicine visits via the online Health Center Portal. It offers birth control consults, addresses minor urgent care issues, prescribes birth control and other medications as needed, and provides counseling for nicotine cessation as well as weight and nutrition.

Student Life and Leadership Center
The newly renovated Student Life and Leadership Center (formerly Student Activities Center) is home to student life programs and clubs. Get involved in shared governance via Associated Students, the student government organization on campus that advocates on behalf of the Cypress College study body and coordinates campus events and activities.

The Veterans Resource Center (VRC) provides assistance to active duty military, veterans, and their dependents seeking to complete a degree or certificate. It also provides opportunities for peer-to-peer support for academics and wellness as well as camaraderie, mentoring, and social networking.

Welcome Center
The Welcome Center is available online and is staffed with student ambassadors available to answer general questions, help you navigate myGateway and Canvas, assist with troubleshooting issues and concerns, and put you in touch with other individuals and offices for more specific questions and answers.

The Campus Bookstore is your one-stop shop for course textbooks, logowear and branded merchandise, school supplies, and more. The Bookstore offers flat-rate shipping, and also has a textbook rental program. Visit the Bookstore website for more information.

OC Bus Pass Program:
Ride Free & Journey Together with Cypress College and OCTA

Through the college's partnership with the OC Transit Authority, all full-time, part-time, and non-credit Cypress College students can download a bus pass to ride all OC Bus fixed local routes¹, paid for during registration via a nominal fee of $2.50 for full-time students and $1.50 for part-time students per semester.
Simply download the OC Bus app and create an account with your Cypress College preferred email address (the email address you receive official college communications at²) for your pass with unlimited rides, valid throughout the semester.
¹Additional fare applies for OC Express and Express routes.
²Check this in myGateway by going to the "Student" tab and clicking on "Update E-mail Addresses" in the Personal Information block on the right-hand side.

| Free Grab-and-Go Meals
This semester, Cypress College is continuing to offer our free breakfast and lunch program beginning January 24. Pick up your grab-and-go meals in the Student Center at 8–11:30 a.m. for breakfast and 11:30 a.m. – 2 p.m. for lunch.
| | Laptop Rentals from the LRC
Need to borrow a laptop or WiFi hotspot for the fall semester? The Learning Resource Center continues to provide free Chromebook rentals for use throughout the semester. Request yours using the Chromebook and WiFi Request Form.
Once your enrollment is verified, an email will be sent with instructions and designated times to pick up the Chromebook from the LRC.
| | Virtual Care: Free Telehealth Service
Cypress College has partnered with Virtual Care Group to offer no-cost, 24/7 telehealth consultations, including mental wellness counseling, scheduled therapy appointments, and life coaching.
You should have received an activation email from Virtual Care, sent to your preferred email address on file with the college. Be sure to activate your account to access this invaluable service as needed throughout the semester!
