Having Fun with Remote Learning: Language Learning Routines and Games for ML/ELLs

The DOE, in partnership with ReadyGEN, is hosting a professional learning (PL) opportunity for K-5 bilingual teachers, teaching in a blended-learning environment.

This 60-minute PL session, which takes place from 3:30–4:30 p.m. on May 6, will provide participants with effective ways to fuel their students’ remote learning experiences with vocabulary games and language routines that support their language and literacy development while also enhancing their agency and joy.  

The New York City Department of Education is an approved sponsor of Continuing Teacher and Leader Education (CTLE).
