Students for Life of America’s analysis of the latest Planned Parenthood annual report reveals that the abortion corporation’s cancer screenings have decreased by 8% while abortions have increased by 4%.  This fact flies in the face of assertions by pro-abortion activists that Planned Parenthood is focused on healthcare, not abortions.

In a statement, Students for Life president Kristan Hawkins stated, “Severing the link between taxpayers and the abortion conglomerate that is Planned Parenthood has never been more important, because you get more of what you pay for and less of what you tax. Even as the abortion rate is reported to be falling, Planned Parenthood’s share of the abortion business is up, and of course given their political connections, so is their misappropriation of funds from taxpayers. Planned Parenthood should not be able to operate their deadly business on the taxpayers’ dime.”

“The Trump Administration needs to uphold their promise to pro-life Americans and re-direct all current taxpayer funding of Planned Parenthood, to community health care centers that practice only non-violent healthcare. While we are grateful the Trump administration cut off the abortion Goliath’s illegal access to Title X funding, $600 million is left to go. The nation’s number one abortion vendor broke all previous records in taking money from taxpayers this year. Our Healthcare dollars should be invested with those who extend life and end suffering, not kill for a living.”
